We incorporate British produce with authentic Mexican flavours to create vibrant, healthy and tasty tacos using the best soft corn tortillas. Having perfected our recipes over time we utilise the best techniques to maximise the flavour of our food. 24 hour marinade allows flavour to fully enhance and tenderise the meat. We use natural British charcoal made from sustainably and ethically sourced lumpwood to give our chicken taco the perfect crispy skin and flavour!

Fantastic ingredients have always been key, and one of the main inspirations since the start of MASA itself. We aim to create dishes with little, to NO ultra processed ingredients. From homemade salsas to slow cooked barbacoa beef, we prize ourselves on serving clean, fresh dishes.

As well as our fun and friendly team we care a lot for the environment and only use compostable packaging.
